Positive, I loved the complimentary one-way airport tuk-tuk transfer. it really set a warm tone for my stay. The staff was super welcoming, especially Phy, who made sure everything was perfect. The afternoon tea with local snacks was a lifesaver after touring all day! ☕

Water pressure in the shower leaves much to be desired!!! Lighting in the room felt uninviting and downright gloomy!!! Occasionally disturbing noises from barking dogs at night can disrupt sleep!!! A few adjustments could truly enhance the stay!!!

Walls could use some soundproofing. hearing your neighbor isn’t exactly the desert quiet I was hoping for. Rain-style shower head was a letdown. a movable one would have made getting clean easier. Credit card payments come with a 2% fee, so pack enough cash to avoid that inconvenience.

Just a good match for shopping in Siem Reap with fantastic value. The staff were really helpful, especially during breakfast arrangements. Pay attention to the currency. they prefer new notes for transactions.
